In addition to traditional talk therapy and EMDR, I am also trained in sandplay therapy, a Jungian and symbolic style of therapy that allows clients to tap into unconscious processing and deeper levels of awareness.
If the idea of sitting on a couch and opening up with talk therapy sounds difficult, sandplay might be a great fit for you. It is highly effective for those coping with trauma, anxiety, social phobias, or interpersonal issues that might be clarified by taking a "deeper look."
